Any type of business, product or service may be used as long as it is legal

Make sure to follow the instructions below
1. A physical copy needs to be handed in
2. and a digital copy submitted once to Turnitin.com. See the class code on the board for Turnitin
Order of project
1 page Title Page
1 page Table of contents (copy the roman numeral list below for this into your table of contents page, then delete the parentheses. When you are almost done with the project, put page numbers in)
1 page executive summary (although it comes first in the project, write it up last):
2 or more pages body
1 page Cost structure (print spreadsheet)
Here is the outline to be used for both the table of contents and the body of the paper
I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (although it comes first, write it up last):
II. UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION: a clear statement that describes the benefit of your offer, how you solve your customer's needs and what
distinguishes you from the competition.
III. Customer Segments (Target Markets)
IV. Channels of distribution (how will your product get to the customer)
V. Customer relationships (how will you build long term customers, nit just one time purchases)
VI. Revenue streams (what are the different ways you will you make your money)
VII. Key Activities (what will you make or do)
VIII. Key Resources needed (buildings, machines, technology, other?)
IX. Key Partners (everyone involved)
X. Cost Structures click on the spreadsheet estimate costs. YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A COPY OF THE SPREADSHEET to make it your own.
